Three Steps to Clarity
Ready to find out where you stand?
DPP Deadlines Are Here. Decisions Can’t Wait.
The first Digital Product Passports become mandatory from 2027 under the Battery Regulation, with ESPR covering 22+ product groups. The Construction Products Regulation, Detergent Act, and Toy Safety Regulation are next in line. For most companies, the challenge is not intent — it’s knowing where to start.
-
What data is actually required — and in what structure?
Our compliance roadmapping identifies exactly this for your product group. -
How do we collect and validate data across complex supply chains?
We design supplier integration strategies tailored to your ecosystem. -
How long does implementation realistically take?
Our DPP readiness assessment gives you a clear timeline within two weeks. -
How do we avoid costly misinvestments?
We align regulatory, technical, and business requirements before you commit. -
How do we turn compliance into business value?
We build circular business models that make DPP data a competitive asset.
Our experience from the Battery Passport shows clearly: most companies still face fundamental gaps in data, architecture, and governance. We help close them.

Key EU regulatory milestones driving Digital Product Passport requirements.
DPP Regulatory Tracker
Digital Product Passports are mandated across several EU regulations — each with its own timeline. We help you navigate all of them.
These 19 product groups are currently regulated under the Ecodesign Directive and will transition to the ESPR. Under Article 79, existing measures remain in effect until 31 December 2026. New ESPR delegated acts — including DPP requirements — are expected after this transition period.
… and many more regulations are following.
